- Is there a cancellation policy?
You can reschedule your booking if there is over 48 hours until your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to your rescheduled booking.
- What is included with the hourly rate?
You get 50 minutes of studio time with a 10 minute buffer for load in/out. You will get full access to our colored backdrops, studio speakers, select lighting equipment, props & furniture (depends on availability). Please call us to inquire what lighting, props & furniture are available on your shoot date.
- What if I don't have anyone to shoot my videos/photos?
Please contact us, our team is available to help! We have in-house videographers and photographers who can help you with your shoot. Renting stream hours is also another option to explore if you would like our team to be more involved in your project.
